"Adelita" Art Print
- Description
"Adelita" print based on my original digital art.
A few years ago, I was reading about the Mexican Revolution. Everyone knows about Pancho Villa and Zapata, but it was the Adelitas that fascinated me. I wanted to create a piece that honored them for their courage, resilience, strength and determination. My research led to the details seen here, including the Winchester styled rifle she is holding. It was enjoyable working on this historically themed painting.
