Orders and Shipping
My order has shipped. How long will delivery take?
• Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with a typical delivery time of 3-5 business days.
• International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail, which can typically take two to four weeks. Actual delivery time depends upon the speed of postal and customs services in your country.
Can I return an item?
Items may be returned in original, unused condition for a refund (less shipping fees) for any reason, at customer's expense. Upon receipt of returned item, customer will be refunded full original price of the item(s).
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or your shipment is missing an item, please contact us so that we may resolve the issue. We will do our absolute best to make sure you are satisfied.
How are orders packaged?
Art prints are shipped rolled in a tube.
Original art is inserted in a clear plastic sleeve, and shipped between two sturdy foam core boards.
All other items are shipped in a manila envelope. Orders with multiple items will be packaged for optimal protection during shipping.
